Carabiner Hooks are a specialized type of shackle, a metal loop with a spring-loaded gate used to connect components quickly and reversibly. The carabiner hooks can only be opened manually by pushing the gate away from the loop. These hooks are NOT suitable for mountain climbing or used as load bearing carabiners.
Carabiner hooks are made of stainless steel or mild steel that is galvanised. The stainless-steel Carabiner hooks are weather resistant and can be used outdoors.

Common Uses for Carabiner Hooks:
Carabiner hooks are used to anchor awnings and awning curtains. The rope is fed through fish plates, completing an awning system.
The 12mm carabiner hook can be used in gyms to hang boxing bags, or on cargo truck covers. Carabiner Hooks are also used to clip equipment on to Harnesses.
