Ladder Locks has a similar application then the Triglids. It is used for fasting and quick release of webbing.  The size is determent by the size webbing that weaves though of the Ladder Locks. It has teeth that grips the webbing and holds it in place. With the lid side of the Ladder Lock is lifted and releases the teeth and allows for quick release.

Common Uses for Ladder Locks

Ladder Locks are used in tiedowns, hand baggage, school bags, jackets and tents. Rolling up matrass and keeping them rolled up for camping gear.
